MÜASİR DÖVRDƏ ÜMUMTÜRK İDENTİKLİYİNİN FORMALAŞMASI

XÜLASƏ:
Məqalədə ümumtürk identiklik prosesinin əsas xüsusiyyətləri yer almışdır. Müasir dövrdə türk xalqlarının əməkdaşlığının əsaslarının araşdırılması və bu prosesin ümumtürk özünüdərk prosesində rolunun ortaya qoyulması zərurətləri türk identikliyinin tədqiqini aktual məsələyə çevirir. Tədqiqat zamanı müəllif təsviredici, analitik, sistemli metodlardan istifadə etmişdir. “Türk dünyası”nı bütov bir sistem şəklində təsvir edərək, “türk xalqları”nı onu təşkil edən elementlər kimi təqdim etmişdir. Müəllifin fikrincə, türk dünyasının bütövlüyünü və birliyini məhz inteqrasiya prosesləri təmin edir.Türk xalqlarının milli dünyagörüşündə mühüm yer alan türk faktoru türk identikliyinin formalaşmasına zəmin yaradır. Nəticədə, müstəqil türk respublikaları milli özünüdərkin formalaşması ilə yanaşı türk identikliyinin formalaşmasını da başlıca məqsəd olaraq müəyyənləşdirmişlər. Bunun əsas səbəbi isə hər iki prosesin hər bir türk xalqının tarixi keçmişinin və mədəni dəyərlərinin qorunmasına yönəlməsidir. İdentikliyin müəyyənləşdirilməsində tarixi şüurun rolu olduqca böyükdür.Türk xalqlarının tarixi şüuru tarixi hadisələri, tarixi yaddaşı, tarixi bilikləri özündə ehtiva edir.

FORMATION OF TURKIC IDENTITY IN
THE CURRENT STAGE

SUMMARY:
The objectives of the scientific article are to consider the issue of common Turkic identity and identify the features of this process. This issue becomes relevant due to the need to understand the foundations of Turkic interaction, in which Turkic peoples are currently participants, as well as its role in the formation of Turkic self-awareness. During the research, the author uses descriptive, analytical, and systematic methods. The article reflects the main features of Turkic identity, the bearer of which is the Turkic world. The Turkic world unites the Turkic peoples, who are its constituent elements. This fact allows us to consider it within the framework of a systems approach. The Turkic world appears as a system, the integrity of which is ensured through integration processes. The author comes to the conclusion that the “Turkic world” and “Turkic peoples”, acting respectively as a “whole” and “parts”, are closely interconnected with each other. In this regard, the article notes that the non-alignment of a certain Turkic people in the integration process will not lead to the complete destruction of the Turkic world, but will contribute to a decrease in the level of its integrity and unity. Strengthening Turkic unity, in turn, helps to strengthen not only the Turkic, but also the national identity of the Turkic peoples.
