The reforms carried out in the field of inclusive employment in Azerbaijan and the importance of strengthening inclusive employment
Summary
Along with the development of new technologies in the world, the emergence of new practices requires a review of the employment policy in relation to persons with disabilities, which necessitates a review of the problems arising in the field of employment as well as the study of some practices that stimulate the development of forms of inclusive employment.
In the Republic of Azerbaijan, providing effective employment, providing assistance to employment, and eliminating existing problems of social employment for persons with disabilities make the analysis of inclusive employment in the region one of the most urgent issues.
The main topic of the article is to identify the existing problems by describing the features of the implementation of inclusive employment in Azerbaijan and to analyze the topic more broadly by effectively using the opportunities in this field. As a result, suggestions were made.

Реформы, проводимые в сфере инклюзивной занятости в Азербайджане, и важность укрепления инклюзивной занятости
Резюме
Вместе с развитием новых технологий в мире появление новых практик требует пересмотра политики занятости в отношении лиц с инвалидностью, что влечет за собой пересмотр проблем, возникающих в сфере занятости, а также изучение некоторых практик, стимулирующих развитие форм инклюзивной занятости.
В Республике Азербайджан обеспечение эффективной занятости, оказание помощи в трудоустройстве и устранение существующих проблем социальной занятости для лиц с инвалидностью делают анализ инклюзивной занятости в регионе одной из наиболее актуальных проблем.
Основной темой статьи является выявление существующих проблем путем описания особенностей реализации инклюзивной занятости в Азербайджане и более широкий анализ темы за счет эффективного использования возможностей в этой области. В результате были сделаны предложения.
