Проблемы формирования либеральной рыночной модели в национальном секторе энергетики в современном периоде

РЕЗЮМЕ
В статье рассматриваются проблемы формирования либеральной рыночной модели в отечественной энергетике в современную эпоху. Объяснены трудности создания либеральной рыночной модели. Приведены преимущества и недостатки монополии в энергетическом секторе. Проанализированы основы энергетической политики государства. Важность либерализации энергетического сектора перед лицом глобальных угроз обоснована. Рассмотрены современные мировые процессы либерализации энергетического сектора. Приведены основные направления и приоритеты государственной энергетической политики Азербайджана. Были затронуты проблемы создания инфраструктуры возобновляемых и альтернативных источников энергии. С учетом имеющихся ресурсов в ближайшей и долгосрочной перспективе выдвинуты предложения по приоритетным направлениям перехода национальной энергетики Азербайджана к либеральной рыночной модели.

Problems of Formation of a Liberal Market Model in the Domestic Energy Sector in the Modern Era

SUMMARY
The article examines the problems of forming a liberal market model in the domestic energy sector in the modern era. The difficulties of creating a liberal market model are explained. The advantages and disadvantages of a monopoly in the energy sector are given. The foundations of the state energy policy are analyzed. The importance of liberalizing the energy sector in the face of global threats is substantiated. Modern global processes of liberalization of the energy sector are considered. The main directions and priorities of the state energy policy of Azerbaijan are given. The problems of creating an infrastructure of renewable and alternative energy sources were touched upon. Taking into account the available resources in the near and long term, proposals are put forward on priority areas for the transition of the national energy sector of Azerbaijan to a liberal market model.
