РЕЗЮМЕ
Международный опыт по применению механизмов цифровой экономики в сферах ненефтегазового сектора
В статье рассматривается международный опыт по применению механизмов цифровой экономики в сферах ненефтегазового сектора в нынешних условиях. Изучен и обобщен опыт ряда стран мира в сфере эффективной организации и развития цифровой экономики. Рассмотрен передовой опыт ряда стран по применению механизмов цифровой экономики в разных отраслях ненефтегазовых секторов. Обоснована необходимость и важность активизации применения цифровых механизмов и инструментов в разных сферах экономики с учетом современных технологий. Подготовлен ряд рекомендаций и даны предложения по перспективам применения механизмов цифровой экономики в ненефтегазовом секторе Азербайджана.

SUMMARY
International experience in the application of digital economy mechanisms in the non-oil-gas sectors
International experience in the application of digital economy mechanisms in the non-oil and gas sector in the current conditions is given in the article. The experience of a number of countries in the sphere of effective organization and development of digital economy is studied. The best practices of a number of countries in the application of digital economy mechanisms in different branches of non-oil-gas sectors are considered. The necessity and importance of intensifying the application of digital mechanisms and tools in different spheres of the economy taking into account modern technologies is substantiated. A number of recommendations and proposals on the prospects of application of digital economy mechanisms in the non-oil-gas sector of Azerbaijan are prepared.
