Перспективы формирования либеральной рыночной модели в национальном энергетическом секторе Азербайджана
В статье рассматриваются актуальные проб­лемы и перспективы формирования либеральной рыночной модели в национальном энергетическом секторе страны с учётом современных вызовов. Раскрыты проблемы либерализации энергетического сектора и формирования новых управленческих механизмов и структур. Обоснована необходимость ускорения либерализации рынка энергетического сектора и создания рыночной инфраструктуры с учётом применения современных технологий и формирования здоровой среды конкуренции среди фирм-структур по распределению электрической энергии. Рассмотрены трудности и социально-экономические последствия, проблемы и вопросы либерализации рынка в национальном энергетическом секторе с учётом специфических особенностей данного вида услуг в стране. Подготовлен ряд предложений и рекомендаций по интенсификации формирования и развития рыночной либеральной модели в национальном энергетическом секторе страны с учётом долгосрочных перспектив.

SUMMARY

Prospects of formation of liberal market model in the national energy sector of Azerbaijan
The article considers actual problems and prospects of formation of liberal market model in the national energy sector of the country taking into account modern challenges. The problems of liberalization of energy sector and formation of new management mechanisms and structures are revealed. The necessity of acceleration of liberalization of the energy sector market and creation of market infrastructure taking into account the application of modern technologies and the formation of a healthy environment of competition among firms-structures for distribution of electric energy is substantiated. The difficulties and socio-economic consequences and other impact of the problems and issues of market liberalization in the national energy sector are considered, taking into account the specific features of this type of services in the country. A number of proposals and recommendations on intensification of formation and development of market liberalized model in the national energy sector of the country taking into account long-term prospects have been prepared.
