FEATURES OF SOCIAL SECURITY OF ORPHANS AND CHILDREN DEPRIVED OF PARENTAL CARE
Summary
Protection of children's rights, especially ensuring the social security of orphans and children deprived of parental care, is one of the most important issues of modern society. This article systematically analyzes the social security of children, the protection of their rights and the measures taken in this area. First of all, the essence and historical development of the concept of social security are examined, then attention is paid to the legal and social measures taken to ensure the social security of children. The study gives extensive space to international and local experiences on the social security of orphans and children deprived of parental care. It also emphasizes the importance of the activities of state and non-governmental organizations for the growth of children in safe conditions and their integration into society.

ОСОБЕННОСТИ СОЦИАЛЬНОЙ ЗАЩИТЫ ДЕТЕЙ-СИРОТ И ДЕТЕЙ, ОСТАВШИХСЯ БЕЗ ПОПЕЧЕНИЯ РОДИТЕЛЕЙ
Резюме
Защита прав детей, особенно обеспечение социальной защищенности детей-сирот и детей, оставшихся без попечения родителей, является одной из важнейших проблем современного общества. В статье системно анализируется социальное обеспечение детей, защита их прав и меры, принимаемые в этой области. В первую очередь рассматриваются сущность и историческое развитие понятия социального обеспечения, а затем уделяется внимание правовым и социальным мерам, принимаемым для обеспечения социальной защищенности детей. В исследовании подробно рассматривается международный и местный опыт социальной защиты детей-сирот и детей, оставшихся без попечения родителей. В нем также подчеркивается важность деятельности государственных и неправительственных организаций для безопасного развития детей и их интеграции в общество.
