Development directions of green technologies
in Azerbaijan as an aspect of international
relations andintegration
SUMMARY
Green technology occupies an important place in the efforts of international communities to overcome environmental problems and achieve sustainable deve-lopment. Azerbaijan, located at the crossroads of Europe and Asia, has joined this global trend. This article examines Azerbaijan’s technological capabilities and inno-vation potential in the green sector. It examines the country’s current technological landscape, identifies key areas of strengths and weaknesses, and discusses strategies for increasing technological capabilities for sustainable development. Through a comprehensive analysis of existing literature, official documents, and case studies, this article provides insights into Azerbaijan’s readiness for the introduction and innovation of green technologies. The presented article also discusses aspects of the development of green technologies in Azerbaijan and the challenges they face, and examines their impact on international relations and integration.

Направления развития зеленых технологий в Азербайджане как фактора международных отношений и интеграции
Резюме
Зеленые технологии занимают важное место в усилиях международного сообщества по преодолению экологических проблем и достижению устой-чивого развития. Азербайджан, расположенный на перекрестке Европы и Азии, присоединился к этой глобальной тенденции. В этой статье рассматриваются технологические возможности и инновационный потенциал Азербайджана в зеленом секторе. В ней рассматривается текущий технологический ландшафт страны, определяются ключевые области сильных и слабых сторон и обсуждаются стратегии повышения технологических возможностей для устойчивого развития. С помощью всестороннего анализа существующей литературы, официальных документов и тематических исследований эта статья дает представление о готовности Азербайджана к внедрению и инновациям зеленых технологий. В представленной статье также обсуждаются аспекты развития зеленых технологий в Азербайджане и проблемы, с которыми они сталкиваются, а также изучается их влияние на международные отношения и интеграцию.
