XÜLASƏ
Xarici kapital inkişaf etməkdə olan ölkələrin iqtisadi inkişafında mürəkkəb və çoxşaxəli rol oynayır. Bu məqalə xarici kapitalın cəlb edilməsi ilə bağlı potensial müsbət təsirləri və problemləri araşdırır və ən son akademik ədəbiyyatdan və Keniyanın illüstrativ nümunəsindən istifadə edir. Məqalə xarici kapitalın xüsusilə bağçılıq və texnologiya kimi sektorlarda Xarici Birbaşa İnvestisiyalar (XBİ) şəklində transformativ təsirini vurğulayır, məşğulluğun yaradılmasını, texnologiya transferini və ixrac artımını vurğulayır. Nəhayət, məqalə iddia edir ki, xarici kapital hər şeyin həlli olmasa da, strateji cəhətdən cəlb edilməsi və idarə edilməsi əlverişli siyasət mühitində inkişafı sürətləndirmək üçün güclü bir vasitə ola bilər.

SUMMARY
Foreign Capital plays a complex and multifaceted role in the economic development of developing countries. This essay examines the potential positive impacts and challenges associated with attracting foreign capital, drawing upon recent academic literature and the illustrative case of Kenya. It highlights the transformative impact of foreign capital especially in the form of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) in sectors such as horticulture and technology, emphasizing employment creation, technology transfer, and export growth. Ultimately, the essay argues that while not a panacea, strategically attracting and managing foreign capital can be a powerful tool for accelerating development within a conducive policy environment.
